1999 Panoz AIV Roadster,S/N 1P9PA1828XB213032, built at the Panoz factory in Braselton, Georgia, the AIV – Aluminum Intensive Vehicle – has both an aluminum chassis and body panels, and sports the Ford 4.6 litre normally aspirated V8 from the SVT Cobra, making 305hp with 300 ft-lb of torque, mated to the T-5 5 speed manual gearbox, delivered new March 17, 2000 by Copley Motorcars – yes, we were an authorized Panoz dealer back in the day, complete with original owner’s manual, original window sticker with an MSRP of $64,350.00 and noting factory options of – wind wings, aluminum accent package and, floor mats, voluminous service history file, one of just 176 AIV roadsters built, our AIV returns to our showroom 23 years later having had just one owner and 1,375 miles from new.
